2010-2011 LANARK UNITED DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Who: Players who plan to play competitivesoccer in 2011, or recreational players with a keen desire to improve their skills.
When: October 8, 2010 - February 21, 2011; excluding holidays (Dec 22- Jan 6th)
SESSION SCHEDULES: A maximum of 30 players will be registered for each session
U6/U7(born 2003/2004)…………….Monday 6-7:30p.m
U8/U9 (born in 2001/2002) ………… Friday 6-7:30 p.m.
U10/U11 (born in 1999/2000) ……….Saturday 9-10:30 a.m.
U12Girls (born in 1998) ……………. Tuesday 6-7:30 p.m.
U13Girls (born in 1997) ……………. Tuesday 7:30-9:00 p.m.
U12B/U13B (born in 1997/1998) ……Saturday 10:30-12 a.m.
U14+(born in 1996 + earlier) ………. Saturday 12:00-1:30 p.m.
Note: all age groups as of summer 2010
Note: Days / times may have to be adjusted, and sessions added depending on registration.
Where: Beckwith Recreation Complex(indoor soccer field) which is located at Beckwith Park, 1319 9th Line Beckwith, east of Hwy 15.
What: A weekly, 90 minute program consisting of 17 sessions (12 technical and 5 games). To build your skills, work with qualified coaches and have fun.
- Technical session: 20 min warm up and stretching, 45 min technical (shooting/ passing/receiving etc), 25 min small sided game.
- Game session: 20 min warm up and stretching, 70 min full field game.
Cost: $200 per player/ $25 late fee added after Oct 8th 2010. All registered players will receive a ball and t-shirt.

Lanark United - Competitive Soccer ERSL and EODSA Leagues
program “LANARK UNITED” which was started back in the year 2000. This
name was chosen to reflect the diversity of players we receive on our teams and
in our winter program from the surrounding areas. The Lanark United teams will be
wearing new colours (burgundy and sky blue) along with a new logo.
Volunteers Needed! The CP Soccer club depends on the help of our parents and other volunteers to run our soccer programs.
