Coach Evaluation Forms
We invite you to complete
evaluation forms on the performance of our coaches and assistant
coaches. Separate forms are available for GLSL/OCSL coaches, and
for Mississippi United coaches. Please follow directions on the
forms for completing and submitting the evaluations, and thank
you for taking the time!
In an effort to provide parents
with the information they need to make decisions on which soccer
program is most appropriate for their children, the Carleton
Place Soccer Club has prepared an overview of the expectations

Goalkeeper Training
If you are interested in
enrolling a player for specialized goalkeeper training, please
