Online
registration is finally here!! Now with "a few clicks" of the
mouse you're ready to go. Just follow the instructions below.
- We have
introduced a non-refundable tryout fee, except for U09 tryouts.
However, if a player is selected for a competitive team, the
tryout fee is applied to their competitive registration fee,
resulting in a zero net increase from last season (assuming you
took advantage of the early-bird registration and only tryout
for one team). The
tryout fees are as follows:
- $0 for
U09 teams (competitive fee due upon selection to a team is
$110 for a total competitive fee of $110)
- $20 for
U10 and U11 teams (competitive fee due upon selection to a
team is $90 for a total competitive fee of $110)
- $30 for
U12-U18 teams (competitive fee due upon selection to a team
is $160 for a total competitive fee of $190)
- Adult OCSL
registration fees have been increased to better align the Club's
revenues with costs related to this program.
- All other
programs have seen no fee increase from last year, provided you
take advantage of the early-bird registration discount by
February 8.
Online
Registration
- Click on the
following link or copy and paste it into your web browser: http://www.itsportsnet.com/league.php?scriptName=MEMBERLOGIN&leagueID=6368. This
will take you to the Member's Area on ITSportsNet.
- Click the
"Launch Member Area" button. This will take you to the
ITMembersArea Login.
- If this is
your first time on ITSportsNet, then click "Don't have a login?
(SETUP LOGIN)" on the menu on the left, otherwise, enter your
Email and Password and click the "Log In" button. NB: if you
have dealt with ITSportsNet in some other capacity then you may
already have a login.
- Setup Login
- enter the
information requested and click the "submit" button
- Member Login
- enter
your e-mail and password and click the "Log In" button
- You will
see: "Which Member Are you?" Select your name from the
dropdown list and click the "Go" button.
- Select
"Registration" from the menu on the left. The menu will expand
to present the registration types.
- Select the
registration type (Youth or Adult) from the menu on the left and
continue with the appropriate instructions below. NB: If you are
doing Youth and Adult registrations you will have to complete
each type and they will be submitted as separate invoices and
payments.
Youth
Registration
- Click on
"create new registration". You will be presented with the
"consent for use of personal information" and "acceptance of
terms and conditions".
- Review the
"consent for use of personal information" and "acceptance of
terms and conditions" and click "I Accept" at the bottom of the
page. You will see a "Create Family" page
- Correct the
Family Last Name, if necessary, and click the "Create Family"
button. You will see an "Add Family Members" page
- Enter the
information for all family members (youth and adults) that you
want to register for the Summer 2008 season and click the "Add
Members" button at the bottom of the page. You will be presented
with a list of the family members.
- If any of the
entries are wrong, click on "edit" next to the family member in
question to change the information. If you need to enter more
family members click on "add more family members". Otherwise,
click on "Continue with Registration". You will be presented a
page outlining the steps to be completed.
- Click on
"Parent Info" to proceed to the page to enter the parent
information.
- Enter the
parent information and click the "Done" button when all the
information has been entered. This will take you to the
Volunteer Sign-up page. The Club relies heavily on volunteers in
order to deliver high quality, cost effective programs. Make a
difference!
- You will next
see the Child Info page. Select a child from the "Choose Family
Member" dropdown list to enter their information. Once
completed, click the "DONE" button. This will take you to the
"Child Registration" page.
- Select the
child in question from the "Choose Family Member" dropdown list
and check the appropriate Fee Type(s). Every Youth player
registration will require the appropriate Basic/GLSL fee to be
selected. If the player in question wants to tryout for a
competitive team they must select one or more Youth Comp
Try-Outs. Only players that have selected this fee type will be
contacted to participate in tryouts. NB: the tryout fee is
non-refundable and the appropriate age group must be checked for
all teams for which the child is trying out. Click on the "Done"
button. If all required information has been provided you will
be presented with a registration summary.
- Please review
this summary carefully ensuring that, at a minimum, the
appropriate Basic/GLSL fee is selected for each Youth player and
that any requested tryouts are selected. If changes are required
select "ADD REGISTRATION ITEM", otherwise select the "SELECT
PAYMENT OPTION" button. This will take you to the "Choose
a Payment Method" page.
- Select
"Online Payment (credit card)" for Visa or MasterCard payments
or select "Offline Payment" to pay by cheque.
- If you
selected to pay by credit card you will be presented with a page
to enter the credit card information. Be sure to enter the card
holder's name and address as it appears on the statements for
the credit being used. Once you have entered all required
information click the "CheckOut" button. This will take you to a
confirmation page that you can print out for your records. You
will also receive an e-mail confirmation. NB: this e-mail also
acts as your receipt for the purposes of claiming the Children's
Fitness Tax Credit. Therefore, please be sure to retain this
information either electronically or in printed form for six
years in order to satisfy CRA's filing requirements. The Club
will not be issuing duplicate receipts.
- That's it,
you're done. NB: if you asked for a tryout and are selected to a
competitive team, then you will have to do a part two
registration at a later date in order to pay the competitive
portion of the fees.
Adult
Registration
- Click on
"create new registration". You will be presented with the
"consent for use of personal information" and "acceptance of
terms and conditions".
- Review the
"consent for use of personal information" and "acceptance of
terms and conditions" and click "I Accept" at the bottom of the
page. You will see a "Player Info" page.
- Select a
player from the "Choose Family Member" dropdown list to enter
their information. Once completed, click the "Submit" button.
This will take you to the "Player Registration" page.
- Select
the appropriate "Fee Type" from the "choose an option" dropdown
list and click the Continue" button. This will take you to the
"Discounts" page.
- If you are
female and registering for more than one team select "I am
registering for 2 female categories. I require a $35.00
discount" from the "choose an option" dropdown, otherwise select
"I am not registering for 2 female categories". Click the
"Continue" button. If all required information has been provided
you will be presented with a registration summary.
- Please review
this summary carefully. If changes are required select "ADD
REGISTRATION ITEM", otherwise select the "SELECT PAYMENT OPTION"
button. This will take you to the "Choose a Payment Method"
page.
- Select

Practice nights, times and locations are to be determined.
Player fees must be paid in full by April 1, 2007.
A discount of $50 for the 3rd and subsequent players will be
applied.
There is a $30 Club administration fee for NSF cheques.
The Treasurer requires all refund requests in writing.
1.
Any player not placed on a team will be given a
full refund.
2.
All other requests for refunds must be made in
writing and sent to the Club’s email address or by mail to the
Club’s address Attn: the Treasurer.
3. Any
player who withdraws on or before June 15, 2008 will be given a
refund, less a $20 administration fee and any tryout fees, with
the following exceptions:
a.
Soccer School will be exempt from the administration fee.
b.
Any youth competitive player who withdraws after
March 31, 2008 will also be charged a portion of the competitive
fees. (See Comp. Fees above)
4. No
refunds for requests made after June 15, 2008.
