DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO REGISTER

Top

Online registration is back and as easy as before.  Just follow the instructions below.  All youth players aged 4 to 19 (see registration newsletter for new girls U19 choice) are registered using the “Carleton Place Soccer Youth 2010 Summer Registration” form.

1)   The Youth Competitive fee is combined into one registration.  The tryout, basic, and competitive fee are all included in one check box with different payment options.  See refunds on the newsletter for more details.

a)   You can use your visa or master card and make one payment.  If the player attends the tryouts and is not selected for the competitive team, a credit will be issue to your credit card for the competitive portion minus the tryout portion.

b)   You can pay the full amount by one cheque. If the player attends the tryouts and is not selected for the competitive team, a refund cheque will be issue for the competitive portion minus the tryout portion.

c)    You can pay with two separate cheques one for the basic fee and tryout portion and a second post dated cheque for the competitive fee.  For Mini field players this is $150 or $170 (after Feb 28th) for the first and $92 for the second cheque.  For Full field players this is $182 or $202 (after Feb 28th) for the first and $163 for the second cheque.  Postdate the second cheque for March 31, 2010 and up to April 30, 2010.  The second check will be destroyed if the player attends the tryouts and is not selected for the competitive team.

2)   Registering for Youth Recreational insures you a place on a team playing in the Goulbourn Lanark League (GLSL).

3)   Both the TALL’N TOT and U5-U7 Soccer School teams play on Friday night at one location and are part of the Timbit’s program.

Adult players use the “Carleton Place Soccer Adult 2010 Summer Registration” form. Adults must register using a separate registration form due to the difference in the waiver form requirement which is mandated by the OSA.

NOTE:  Due to the online program limitations the family discount can not be calculated at this time.  A family discount of $50 will be applied to 3 or more players registered at a later date (June 15th (refund deadline)).
