Soccer School Session
Plans
These session plans were prepared either by
or for the United States Youth Soccer organization. They are
specifically designed to be developmentally appropriate for the
players based on their age. Most of the sessions include at
least five different activities, which provides for 10 minutes
or less per activity and keeps the players extremely active.
Just a few thoughts for using the plans:
Be creative. Use the plans as is, or use them as the
basis for designing your own activities and games.
Keep it fun. Don't stretch activities to the point where
the players lose interest. If an activity isn't working, go on
to the next one.
Be inclusive. Try to ensure that each activity keeps all
of your players engaged, regardless of their skill or
development level.
Most important of all . . .
HAVE FUN!!!!!!
